New Delhi: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said on Monday that the government would approach IAEA “very soon” for ratification of the safeguards agreement and take the India-US deal to the Nuclear Suppliers Group, provoking sections in the Left to reconsider their decision of not withdrawing support to the UPA government before his return from the G8 summit on July 9.
